The majority of Whitney’s practice is devoted to representing national insurance carriers in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including automobile liability, product liability, and premises liability. In addition to her trial work, she regularly represents insurance carriers in complex coverage disputes, appearing in both state and federal courts throughout Mississippi. Her ability to navigate both litigation and coverage matters makes her a trusted advocate for her clients in cases of all sizes and complexities.
